What You’ll Do
Data Analysis & Dashboards
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly datasets and dashboards (Excel + Power BI).
- Develop clean data models, relationships, and drill‑down views (e.g., funnel, velocity, workload).
- Combine data from multiple sources (ATS exports, sourcing tools, Workday, spreadsheets).
- Write basic DAX measures for counts, ratios, time‑based calculations, and simple forecasting.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis for decision making (capacity planning, trends, correlations).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clear visual storytelling.
- Flag data quality issues or risks and propose corrective steps.
Automation & Low‑Code Solutions
- Use Power Automate to streamline repetitive steps (notifications, approvals, file structuring).
- Build Power Apps or input forms that improve data capture quality and reduce manual errors.
- Map existing TA workflows and identify opportunities for automation and simplification.
- Maintain SOPs/runbooks for dashboards, datasets, and automations.
AI Enablement & Productivity
- Build and maintain structured prompt libraries for sourcing, screening, communications, and reporting.
- Test AI outputs for consistency, quality, reliability, and alignment to TA needs.
- Support TA leadership in introducing AI assistive workflows into sourcing, screening, and reporting.
- Explore practical AI tools and integrate relevant outputs into dashboards or operational processes.
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- Around 3 years’ experience in reporting, operations, analytics, or automation.
- Strong analytical thinking — able to interpret trends, spot patterns, and explain drivers.
- Solid Excel skills (pivoting, merging, cleaning, formulas, date logic).
- Power BI capability (data modeling, relationships, simple DAX, visual design).
- Comfort with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Organised, detail‑reliable, proactive, and ready to learn TA domain.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL or basic transformation logic (Power Query / M).
- Familiarity with ATS or HRIS data structures.
- Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, or automated content generation.
- Experience writing SOPs, runbooks, or documentation.
