About the role…
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will build and maintain professional relationships with people from all walks of life, connecting them with employment, apprenticeship, and training opportunities.
Day to day, you’ll:
Unlike traditional contact centres, our team is measured on quality, not call length. We focus on listening, identifying needs, and creating a memorable, personalised experience for every caller.
This is a part-time fixed term role based in our Southport office until 2 February 2026, with the possibility of extension. Working 3 days a week (7.5hrs paid per day).
