Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner who is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles across the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.

What You’ll Do

· Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including Providers, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and allied health roles

· Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies

· Source candidates through job boards, networking, and healthcare-specific recruiting platforms

· Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview processes

· Manage and track candidates through the applicant tracking system 

· Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, training programs, and professional networks

· Support and lead new hire orientation 

· Conduct student placement process

What You Bring

· 3+ years of full cycle recruiting  

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

· Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

· Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing processes preferred

· Must have High school diploma or GED
