Position Name - Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Mandatory Requirement:
- Must be from the General Insurance, Insurance Broking, NBFC or other BFSI organizations.
- Proven experience in leading large, geographically dispersed workforces.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the HR ecosystem

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the organization's vision, business goals, and growth plans.

Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters.

Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer centricity.

Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals across sales, underwriting, claims, operations, technology, and corporate functions.

Ensure robust manpower planning aligned with business expansion and productivity goals.

Develop employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market positioning as an employer of choice.

Lead the performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, and productivity enhancement programs.

Design competitive compensation, incentive, and benefits structures aligned with industry benchmarks.

Partner with business leaders to understand talent requirements and provide strategic HR solutions.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, consultants, and industry bodies
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
- Additional certifications in Organizational Development, Talent Management

,Executive Coaching, or HR Analytics will be preferred.

18–25 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
