Introduction

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to start ASAP. The consultant will be responsible for driving the B2B sales of the company's employee wellness and employee benefits offering. The compnay provides employee wellness services and employee benefits to SMME’s. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (must be fluent in English). Full time in office role. Need own car.

Duties & Responsibilities


• Pipeline development.
• Setup and participate in pitch meetings.
• Convert prospects.
• Update sales CRM system.
• Report on call/meeting/sales activities.
• Achieve agreed upon targets (both number of sales and value of sales).
• Prepare and submit proposals.
• Onboard new customers and their employees.
Comprehensive training will be provided.

Desired Experience & Qualification

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Previous B2B sales experience. Experience with HR and employee benefits or wellness an advantage.
• Professional appearance.
• Grade 12
• RE5 an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (must be fluent in English).
• Own transport.

Package & Remuneration

Based on qualifications and prior experience the candidate will receive a basic salary of R15 000 per month CTC, as well as a recurring commission of 10% on premiums collected (uncapped earning potential).
