The role

As our Associate People Operations Partner, you will help keep our people experience running smoothly and help our culture thrive as we grow. It is a broad, hands-on role spanning people initiatives, culture, onboarding and everyday operations, with real room to grow into a bigger remit, and title, as the company scales.

You will work closely with leaders across every team and every location, and play a central part in making our global team feel like one company.

This role is ideal for someone early in their people and culture career who is ready to take genuine ownership, learn fast, and grow with us.

What you will do

• Own onboarding from end to end, so every new starter, wherever they are in the world, has a great first 90 days.
• Run our people initiatives and culture programs: engagement, recognition, team rituals, and the things that make Resonate a place people want to stay.
• Keep our people operations humming: HR systems and records, policies, and the everyday support that keeps the team looked after.
• Coordinate the smooth running of our Sydney office and support our distributed teams.
• Help our global teams feel connected, with communication rhythms and culture that work across time zones.
• Partner with local providers on country-specific employment and payroll, so our people are well supported wherever they are based.
• Be a trusted first point of contact for our people on the everyday things.

About you

• Around 1 to 3 years of experience in a people and culture, HR, or people operations role.
• Well organised, with a knack for making processes simple and reliable.
• Warm and approachable, the kind of person people naturally come to.
• Comfortable owning your work and figuring things out, rather than waiting to be told.
• Energised by a growing company and a broad role, rather than a narrow specialism.
• Experience supporting distributed or global teams is a bonus, not a must.
