Job Profile

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Lodha Group, you will be responsible to hire the right talent in a variety of roles across departments and ensure a smooth onboarding for new joinees. You will support the search and interview process, assist in the documentation and offer process and manage early assimilation for new joinees. You will also coordinate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts are in sync with the business needs. This role reports to the Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquisition team and requires you to be driven, detail oriented and most importantly passionate about recruitment. 


Key Responsibilities -

Understand resource requirements from various departments and create job description accordingly
Be thorough with all Talent Acquisition policies and hiring processes
Source profiles, screen candidates and schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring managers
Support the Recruitment Manager in new joinee documentation and offer roll out
Manage and promote internal employee referral campaigns to address specific resourcing
Ensure comprehensive recruitment experience for all hires within assigned departments by adhering to offer rollout timelines, pre and post joining experience and smooth on-boarding in co-ordination with other stakeholders
Contribute to reports on market trends, compensation data, organization structure and talent mapping
