About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, onboarding and performance management, with a passion for building a strong people-focused culture.
Responsibilities :
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Assist the end-to-end onboarding process ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Draft and maintain employment-related documents, including agreements & contracts.
- Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles.
- Monitor employee progress throughout the probationary period and provide & maintain feedbacks.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and appraisals.
- Coordinate with managers to ensure timely performance evaluations and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement by tracking performance trends and assisting in employee development initiatives.
- Draft and maintain related documents, including confirmation, promotion letters & agreements.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience with onboarding & performance management, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven understanding of performance management frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
