Designation: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Location: Colombo

Industry: Hospitals and Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior-level managers to understand staffing needs planned Annually, quarterly, and monthly.

• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.

• Monitors, evaluates, implements, and administers such programs to ensure programs are current and to ensure programs support Talent, Capability, and Business Growth.

• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

• Develop communication campaigns to support the talent acquisition strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.

• Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies.

• Provide regular reports and insights needed on recruitment for Management decisions.

Ideal Candidate Should Posses:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a recognized institute.

•Overall 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition and development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Familiarity with HR software and analytics tools.
