The Talent Management Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and administration of talent management programs and initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating activities related to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed within the organization. As a Talent Management Coordinator, you will collaborate with HR business partners, hiring managers, and employees to ensure a seamless talent management experience. You will assist in the scheduling and coordination of interviews, facilitate onboarding sessions, and support the administration of performance review processes. Additionally, you will help maintain accurate employee records, track training and development activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of talent management practices. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports and analytics related to talent metrics, assisting with the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, and supporting diversity and inclusion programs.
