Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to assisting team head for leading recruitment strategies to attract top-tier agency partners and financial advisors, building strategic partnerships with educational institutions and professional bodies, organizing recruitment events including exhibition, seminar, recruitment talk, career fairs and analyzing market trends to optimize recruitment approaches and talent retention strategies.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Studies or relevant disciplines
  • 6 years or above recruitment experience, preferably in agency talent development
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong's financial sector
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Good mastery of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, knowledge of Chinese word processing is critical
