At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Deployment Enablement team you are expected to support deployment processes and TalentLink technology. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while managing and inspiring others to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
