At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Employee Experience Systems team you support the implementation and optimization of HR information systems to enhance user satisfaction. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain the quality of deliverables while building meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvements, and embrace innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a functional subject matter expert for HR system capabilities, advising on best-practice use of Employee Experience Systems and connected HR applications.
- Evaluate system functionality and identify opportunities for continuous improvements and optimization to enhance user satisfaction.
- Support the delivery of system enhancements through prioritisation, planning, testing (UAT/regression), release support, and change management activities.
- Provide daily support to Employee Experience Systems users and stakeholders, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems appropriately via ServiceNow including AI response drafting based on Knowledge Articles.
- Maintain accurate documentation including knowledge articles, system changes, workflows, user guides and training materials.
- Participate in training and communication efforts related to Employee Experience Systems updates and enhancements.
- Gather requirements from HR teams to define new workflow requirements. Liaise with Onshore to determine how the changes will be configured. We may use the Vendor to build or deliver internally.
- Participate in quarterly security audits (QMSE), tenant reviews, report reviews, and catalog reviews ensuring timely completion for TechHub to lodge ensuring compliance.
- Support cyclical activities such as Early Careers for 3 waves of hiring for Vacationers, Interns/Trainees and Graduates.
- ServiceNow triage and handling cases daily operating as Tier 2 for both local and global ServiceNow requests for support.
- Data Steward activities including party ID requests, managing access issues, approving data requests, and handling duplicate party ID processes.
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience working with Employee Experience Systems platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
