Workplace Experience Manager

We are seeking a creative, collaborative, out-of-the-box thinker who will play a key role in shaping an employee experience that inspires, supports, and engages team members from year one (1) through year 40+ of their career with us.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Culture & Engagement

  • Act as a cultural steward who fosters excitement and curiosity around learning, collaboration, and growth.
  • Identify fresh, adventurous ideas to keep employees connected to the mission and engaged at every stage of their career.
  • Coordinate culture-enhancing initiatives, events, or experiences that support a vibrant, inclusive environment.
  • Translate high-level organizational vision into clear, actionable, engaging programs that support employee growth throughout their entire career lifecycle.
  • Develop thoughtful pathways that support onboarding, diversity, continuous development, leadership growth, and long-term engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and enthusiastic collaborator in advancing company culture and employee experience.
  • Design, update, and manage cultural content education, supporting modules, and resources that resonate across all levels of the organization, collaborating with subject matter experts/department leaders to create content
  • Utilize innovative approaches and tools to enhance engagement.
  • Develop creative communication strategies to support our culture. 
  • Create marketing materials (email campaigns, intranet content, visual assets, events, etc.) that clearly and persuasively highlight who we are.

Program Leadership & Vision

  • Translate high-level organizational vision into clear, actionable, engaging programs that support employee growth throughout their entire career lifecycle.
  • Develop thoughtful pathways that support onboarding, diversity, continuous development, leadership growth, and long-term engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and enthusiastic collaborator in advancing company culture and employee experience.

Training Development & Delivery

  • Design, update, and manage cultural content education, supporting modules, and resources that resonate across all levels of the organization, collaborating with subject matter experts/department leaders to create content
  • Utilize innovative approaches and tools to enhance engagement.

Marketing & Communication of Programs

  • Develop creative communication strategies to support our culture. 
  • Create marketing materials (email campaigns, intranet content, visual assets, events, etc.) that clearly and persuasively highlight who we are.
  • Serve as the organizational “hype champion” for all things Electrolux Professional, Americas.


Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated ability to turn high-level concepts into structured, executable programs.
  • Strong creative thinking, with an adventurous mindset and willingness to try new ideas.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Skilled in developing or supporting curriculum design and training materials including using an LMS and new technology platforms.
  • Professional image and comfortable presenting in front of various audiences
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
  • Experiential management, from concept to execution, preferred.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing Communications, or Organizational Design plus 3-5 years of experience in training, learning & development, employee engagement, or related field 
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or public relations—especially helpful for program promotion and storytelling, preferred.

  • Occasionally (12-33%): Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling/Lifting/Pulling/Pushing
  • Frequently (34-66%): 
  • Regularly (67-100%): Seeing/Hearing/Standing/Walking/Fingering/Grasping/Feeling
WORKING CONDITION:
  • General remote, office environment with approximately 25%+ travel (could be as high as 50% in the first year).
