You will handle the entire contract lifecycle and support implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Contract Lifecycle Management: Handle the preparation, printing, filing, and uploading of employee contracts and documents, ensuring timely signatures and compliance.
Support in Onboarding: support in delivering engaging onboarding presentations to new hires, effectively communicating key information about the company and P&C processes.
Support with maintenance of Personio & Confluence & ad hoc project support
Office Management: Support managing office operations such as track ordering of supplies, maintaining common areas, and ensuring a welcoming office environment
P&C Enablement: Assist with the creation and maintenance of P&C related documents and resources. Support the team with research and analysis on various HR topics. Contribute to the development and improvement of P&C processes.
You'll work closely with team members to ensure we're delivering on our people strategy and fostering a positive workplace
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and both English and German (C1)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Google Suite products (or similar)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Willing to go to the Hamburg office once a week
