Join our Culture and Engagement team to develop customer-centric strategies and enhance communication efforts. You'll work closely with experienced communication professionals and contribute to creating strategies and products for day-to-day communications. Your creativity, curiosity, and independence will help shape how insights are used and how content evolves in a fast-paced, data-informed environment. In addition, you'll leverage your experience with M365 applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Viva Engage) to support reporting, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing processes. Your interest in digital tools, online media, and financial topics will allow you to dive into meaningful projects that combine content, technology, and business relevance.

The role is based in our Munich office.

What you will do

• Analyse market and customer insights to inform strategy
• Facilitate workshops to drive innovation and gather input
• Support the team in creative content creation and rollout of employer branding and employee engagement campaigns and activities
• Create content and communications across internal and external channels (e.g., newsletters, announcements)
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications
• Collect and analyse feedback to improve branding and engagement.

What you bring

• Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences or related subjects
• Enrolled at university for the entire period of employment
• First working experience in HR is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with Excel, Power BI using Artificial Intelligence (AI) are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication and intercultural understanding
• High service orientation
• Fluency in English (fluency in French, Spanish or Italian are a plus)
• Ability to manage confidential data and information.
