About the Role
We’re currently seeking a Workforce Planning SME to support the delivery of Crown’s Workforce Transformation Program. This is a 4-month Max Term Contract opportunity that offers a unique chance to contribute and support with transformation across our Melbourne property, helping to embed new workforce models, systems, and practices that align with Crown’s broader transformation goals.
Reporting to the Head of Workforce Management, you’ll work across multiple streams to support user training, testing, and change enablement. You’ll develop into a subject matter expert (SME) in workforce planning and play a key role in operationalising new systems and ways of working.
