As a Workforce Planning Realtime Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth daily operations in our Customer Service Centre. You’ll monitor real-time activity across multiple channels, optimise resources, and provide actionable insights that help our teams deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role blends analytical thinking with collaboration, requiring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in omni-channel contact centres, with exposure to real-time monitoring 

  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and a keen eye for detail 

  • Strong analytical ability and confidence in managing data across multiple systems 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive approach 

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Comfort presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear, engaging way 

  • Knowledge of contact centre performance metrics and workforce management tools 

How will you support our “Why?”

As our Workforce Planning Realtime Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Customer Service Centre runs smoothly every day. You’ll help us deliver exceptional experiences by monitoring performance, optimising resources, and supporting our people to achieve their best.

  • Supporting the Workforce Senior Manager with operational initiatives 

  • Organising and maintaining data across multiple systems (Excel, SQL, etc.) 

  • Monitoring real-time contact centre activity to meet service standards 

  • Investigating anomalies and reporting insights to improve efficiency 

  • Producing performance reports and contributing to KPI development 

  • Facilitating daily workforce meetings and end-of-day reviews 

  • Maintaining schedules and forecasts to achieve service levels 

  • Driving adherence to schedules and adjusting for changing demand 

  • Handling administrative tasks like absence tracking and timesheets 

  • Leveraging workforce planning tools to identify optimisation opportunities
