About the opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager Home Care, the Workforce Planning Manager–Home Care plays a pivotal role in ensuring a capable, agile, and high-performing workforce across our services. This role is central to aligning workforce capability with client demand, improving service delivery, and driving operational performance across the Home Care portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the home care business in achieving the operational and strategic business objectives
Providing operational support to Regional Managers engaged in day-to-day delivery of services in the home care business stream.
Ensuring a skilled, flexible workforce aligned to current and future demands
Delivering on key workforce metrics and ensuring that clients are receiving support and services from appropriately trained and qualified staff
Driving a consistent and efficient rostering framework across services
Building proactive recruitment pipelines to meet fluctuating demand
Monitoring KPI performance across financial, service, workforce and compliance
Supporting integrated service delivery across Home Care, RAC and Seniors Living
Ensuring compliance with Aged Care, NDIS and internal policies
Identifying workforce-driven growth and service improvement opportunities
Supporting efficiency and transformation initiatives across the business
Leading and promoting Daily Operating System (DOS) disciplines
You will have:
Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-service operations
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced organisational and workforce management expertise
Demonstrated success in senior operational leadership roles
Strong financial acumen including budgeting and performance analysis
Experience leading change, transformation, and process improvement
Ability to redesign processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
High-level business acumen and strategic thinking capability
Strong networking, influencing, and presentation skills
What you’ll bring:
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications supported by sound management experience in business, management, health, or aged care
Extensive leadership experience within health, aged care or community services
A valid Driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate and regional
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
NDIS clearance
