Workforce Planning - Demand Mapping Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing;

• Developing and maintaining short, medium, and long‑term demand forecasts within a contact centre environment
• Enhancing forecast accuracy through refined assumptions and data validation
• Supporting enterprise workforce planning inputs and scenario modelling
• Translating demand forecasts into capacity and workforce implications
• Providing clear planning insights to client leadership
  
  

What You’ll Bring;

• Demonstrated capability in workforce demand forecasting and modelling in a contact centre
• Experience supporting enterprise‑level planning activities
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Experience working with workforce management systems
• Exposure to Calabrio, Zendesk, and/or LivePerson
