Must live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and maintains labor reporting in Power BI
  • Maintains data tables and data sources necessary for labor reporting
  • Provides ad hoc labor reporting and analysis
  • Analyzes store schedules and makes recommendations to better support business needs in addition to providing regular reporting
  • Reviews labor spending and provides weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Provides insights into labor and scheduling behaviors and results
  • Participates in regular reviews of store labor standards
  • Regularly communicates with Field Operations on scheduling and labor results and opportunities
  • Coordinates with other business partners to gather and maintain data relevant to labor planning and spending
  • Collaborates with Sr. Manager of Workforce Planning on monthly labor budget planning
  • Collaborates with Operations partners on the development and maintenance of labor standards
  • Coordinates with vendor partners and supports HR on system configurations and maintenance
  • Coordinates with vendor partners, HR and IT on system interfaces
  • Creates and Maintains training documents
  • Support Store Operations team on miscellaneous projects
  • Represents the operating vision and the needs of Five Below internal and external customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor Management or Store Operations
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management software applications
  • Knowledge of Task Management, Scheduling, Labor Forecasting, and Time and attendance technology and Operational processes. 
  • Solid interpersonal skills to collaborate with co-workers
  • Ability to work with and facilitate cross functional teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
