The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations including material handling, production support, inventory organization, and shipping\/receiving. Forklift experience is required, and forklift certification is strongly preferred.

  • Operate forklift to move raw materials and finished products safely<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Load and unload trucks<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Assist with production line support and material staging<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Keep warehouse clean and organized<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    Requirements<\/h3>

  • Previous warehouse experience required
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong attention to detail<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Must reside in or near Bay Minette, AL<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to work in a non\-climate\-controlled warehouse environment<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>
