in high-ticket sales and digital marketing to drive growth across our
business lines.
Requirements
Customer Engagement:
- Welcome and assist clients with a high level
of professionalism, creating a seamless experience across furniture,
interior design, and construction services.
- Provide detailed
product and service knowledge, including design options, construction
project details, and pricing tailored to client needs.
Sales Transactions:
- Efficiently handle sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments, while managing sales registers.
- Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions based on their design, construction, and budget requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build
and nurture long-term relationships with clients, particularly in
banking, insurance, real estate, and other industries involving
high-value sales.
- Follow up post-sale to ensure customer
satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities within our
interior design or construction services.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets across our service offerings.
- Analyze sales data to monitor performance and recommend strategy adjustments for improved outcomes.
Digital Marketing and Business Development:
- Leverage
digital marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, SEO) to
promote the company’s services and attract potential clients.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage online campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
- Conduct
market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new
business opportunities in the furniture, interior design, and
construction sectors.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design, and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns that highlight the company's furniture, interior design, and construction services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, especially with high-ticket items.
- Prior experience in banking, insurance, real estate, or other high-value sales industries is highly preferred.
- Proven proficiency in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and close high-value deals.
- Excellent leadership, time-management, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to drive improvements.
