Job
Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven User Engagement Representative to focus on increasing user downloads and
driving engagement for the UniDoc app. This individual will be responsible for
identifying opportunities to promote the app, building relationships with
users, and driving the growth of our user base.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and
implement strategies to increase the app’s user downloads through
effective sales campaigns.
- Identify and
target potential users through various channels, including social media,
events, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Work closely
with the marketing team to align user acquisition efforts with overall
marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, track,
and report on user acquisition goals and metrics to ensure targets are
being met.
- Act as a brand
ambassador for UniDoc, promoting the benefits of the app to new users and
building trust in the brand.
- Engage with
potential users via direct sales calls, virtual meetings, and in-person
interactions to demonstrate the app’s value.
- Provide
customer feedback to the marketing and development teams to improve user
experience and acquisition efforts.
- Stay updated on
healthcare industry trends, competitors, and new tools to improve sales
strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with
the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a
team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving
sales targets and driving user engagement.
- Familiarity
with the UAE healthcare market and local business dynamics is a plus.
