An employee engagement Candidate at AMK
will be an important bridge between AMK and its External employees
She would be in constant touch with the existing employees who are working at client side
She would be managing the grievances and any issues they are facing
she would be the first point of contact for all the employees
She would be helping the HR with the induction process , And for negotiation of salaries.
She would be Coordinating with all internal Employees and Team Managers and assisting them in conducting interviews
She May be asked to travel once a year to meet the employees and build a rapport .
