To be successful in this role you will:
- Oversee campus recruitment deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders and execute on the strategy, development, and execution of the campus and inclusion programs
- Execute full-lifecycle recruitment for entry-level and inclusive initiative program hiring across multiple functions, including building talent pipelines, screening, on-site interviews, and offers while building positive candidate experiences
- Build, maintain, and foster relationships with target inclusive organizations, universities, professors, administration, and student organizations
- Serve as a consultant for the business to advise on their internship and program hiring needs and opportunities
- Assist in building and strengthen brand as an employer of choice online and at events
- Facilitate summer internship experience from orientation to full-time candidate conversion including activities, manager training, check-in's, mid-point manager training, check-in's, mid-point presentations, and final presentations
- Leverage data status and trends to inform recruiting decisions
- Drive employment and regulatory standards that apply to all recruitment activity and ensure compliance with all local, state, federal rules applicable laws, and AHS practices, including OSHA, Joint Commission, and Magnet
- Identify opportunities with diversity and community organizations to match our job opportunities with underserved populations including veterans, disabled, and reentry talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders internally to identify talent gaps that could be filled with program hiring
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1-2 years' campus/high volume recruiting experience
- Experienced and passionate about creating and deploying strategies for various recruiting initiatives including but not limited to campus recruitment, diversity, veteran, reentry outreach, and recruitment programs
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn, social media, etc.
- Experience with Oracle ATS preferred
- Strong organization and recruitment project execution experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends and travel up to 40% as needed for events
