Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead training initiatives and
employee engagement activities within the organization. The role requires strong
communication skills and the ability to design and deliver impactful training
programs while enhancing internal culture through innovative engagement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute training programs for new and existing employees
- Conduct employee inductions and internal operational training
- Analyze training needs and measure effectiveness of training programs
- Organize and lead employee engagement initiatives across departments
- Build a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Manage online employer branding via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with business goals
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in training & employee engagement
