The Opportunity
This is a junior, entry-level trainee role within the Workskills “Ground Up” program, designed to set you up for success through structured training, on-the-job development, and support to complete a Certificate III in Business.

As part of our Support Centre Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, call centre environment while building valuable admin and customer service skills.

About you
You’re a friendly, motivated team player who enjoys helping others and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll handle calls, respond to enquiries, and support day-to-day operations, no two days are the same.

What we are looking for

  • Strong organisational, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Ability to perform general administrative tasks, including:
    • Data entry
    • Electronic filing
    • Mail and correspondence management
    • Scheduling and diary management
  • Ability and willingness to use and learn:
    • Current office technology and equipment
    • Microsoft Windows and Office
    • Email (Outlook) and database management
    • Maintenance of electronic filing systems
    • Multi-line telephone systems.
