This role is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our candidates and internal hiring teams. This role is critical to supporting the Talent Acquisition team in their efforts to attract and deliver highly qualified, diverse pools of talent for our business, an important element of delivering on our mission of making health care better. Key aspects of this support will include partnership with TA Consultants and business units to coordinate highly complex interview and pre-onboarding experiences and reinforce consistent policy and best practice adherence. This will include interview scheduling, pre-hire checklist review, and regular review and follow up on pipeline health via our internal dashboard.
About You: In past roles, you’ve enjoyed dealing with a highly complex calendar in the same way that you love putting together a challenging puzzle; ideally, you’ll have experience in coordinating complicated meetings across multiple teams/departments (Outlook preferred). You will leverage your business savvy and internal relationships to navigate limited hiring team availability to ensure a timely experience for our candidates. You are adaptable; reprioritizing tasks over the course of your day is business as usual and you take pride in flexing to the needs of your stakeholders. Prior experience in a talent acquisition function is preferred (e.g. sourcing, high-volume or campus recruiting and/or recruitment marketing, etc.). Functional system administration (preferably Applicant Tracking and/or CRM tools) would be a plus.
