Technology Analyst - Software Engineering - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Support development, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
• Work with team members to solve technical problems
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Learn and apply engineering standards, tools, and processes
• Document work clearly and accurately
• Support system improvements, bug fixes, and minor enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript etc.
• Understanding of core computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, academic project, or personal project experience in software development
• Basic understanding of version control tools such as Git
• Exposure to web development, APIs, or cloud platforms is a plus
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
