Tech Talent Acquisition

• The objective is to work with our HRBPs to find the best IT/Telecom profiles, via the right channels and the right recruitment methods; namely:
  
• Support hiring managers in defining their needs: position, target profile, success KPIs
  
• Develop and implement the recruitment strategy to be adopted for each position with adapted sourcing strategies
  
• Optimize inbound: distribute, source, monitor candidates
  
• Build, monitor and automate outbound: hunt on the appropriate tools
  
• Source and conduct interviews (in particular telephone pre-qualifications) for most positions
  
• Strengthen the “candidate experience”, from the first interview to onboarding
  
• Develop our employer brand to promote us externally, in partnership with the Communication team
  
• Monitor recruitment-related KPIs
  

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist or Manager
  
• You have an excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and in particular outbound (growth hiring)
  
• You are passionate about recruitment and hunting profiles in a tech/scale up environment.
  
• You have a Bac+5 in HR or business
  
• You are fluent in English and French.
