As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive, organized approach.
Key Responsibilities
● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles.
● Sourcing & Candidate Generation: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates using various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).
● Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define job requirements, and develop effective interview processes.
● Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience from the initial contact through to the onboarding stage.
● Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
● Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company or relevant industry.
● Expertise: Proven success recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product).
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
● Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
● Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
