About the Position:

The Talent & Experience Partner is a strategic member of the HR team, responsible for elevating the quality of New Freedom’s talent pipeline and recruiting capabilities and creating a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates, new hires, and hiring managers. This role goes far beyond traditional recruiting by conducting rigorous candidate screening; strategic and structured interviewing; and by partnering closely with hiring managers through ongoing coaching and training, driving improvements that reduce turnover while promoting long-term employee and leadership success. As hiring demand fluctuates, this role will also support broader HR initiatives, allowing for meaningful professional growth and increased involvement across other HR functions.

Your Impact Will Include:

  • Talent identification, sourcing, and in-depth candidate screening
  • Hiring manager partnership, training, and development
  • Increase the quality of our hiring, increase retention, and help drive ongoing process-improvement initiatives
  • Enhance our candidate, new hire, and employee experience, by integrating New Freedom’s mission, core values, and culture in all interactions
  • Provide additional HR support as needed, partnering with our top-notch HR team to maintain excellence, ensure compliance, drive a learning environment, and help continue making New Freedom an employer of choice

Where You’ll Work:

  • Work is primarily performed onsite in a professional office setting, with some hybrid or remote work flexibility depending on organizational needs
  • The role may involve occasional travel to program sites, hiring events, job fairs, or other company locations - when job tasks require transportation, the employee may need to operate a motor vehicle
  • Work involves frequent interaction and communication with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and other stakeholders through in‑person meetings, video conferencing, phone, email, and other digital platforms
  • The position requires consistent use of standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, keyboards, phones, headsets, and printers
  • Daily work activities may involve periods of sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive hand motions associated with typing and computer work
  • Occasional movement of materials or equipment (e.g., recruitment supplies, event items) may be required, generally not exceeding 30 pounds
