What you’ll be doing
Lead the delivery of in-person and virtual training sessions for employees and managers across global locations, ensuring high engagement and learning impact
Serve as a primary facilitator and trainer, delivering instructor-led, blended, group facilitation, and remote learning sessions

Design, develop, and facilitate interactive training programs in areas such as communication, customer service, leadership, new hire orientation, and other soft skills
Manage multiple training programs and events simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery
Adapt facilitation techniques to different audiences, learning styles, and cultural contexts
Work collaboratively with the Talent Development team to create end-to-end learning solutions aligned with business goals
Lead instructional design initiatives that translate business needs into practical, learner-centered training experiences
Develop and maintain high-quality training materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, quick
Research and apply innovative training methods, tools, and technologies to enhance classroom and virtual learning experiences
Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors to deliver relevant and effective learning solutions
Conduct needs assessments, surveys, and stakeholder consultations to identify training priorities and skill gaps
Evaluate training effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve programs
Support implementation, adoption, and tracking of learning programs within the LMS and talent management systems
What we look for
Essential: Proven experience leading workshops and training sessions for managers and employees
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with confidence working with all leadership levels
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques for both virtual and classroom environments
Demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences and create interactive, learner-centered experiences
Experience consulting with business stakeholders to diagnose needs and recommend effective learning solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines
Solid program and project management skills with attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with survey tools and training evaluations
Knowledge of organizational development and change management concepts
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of delivering training aligned to business strategy
