Support company-wide talent and successor development by translating talent review and succession insights into concrete development plans and learning journeys.
Facilitate and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and other development actions for key talents and successors, ensuring alignment with leadership and technical competency frameworks.
Recommend appropriate learning interventions (programs, coaching, mentoring, projects, cross-functional assignments, external courses) in collaboration with Learning Management and vendors.
Use learning platform (LMS/LXP) and assessment data to track progress, identify gaps, and prepare regular reports/dashboards on development progress and readiness.
Partner with HR Business Partners and line leaders to guide them on effective development planning, follow-up, and documentation to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
Support Talent Development Lead in continuous improvement of talent development processes, tools, and communication materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development; exposure to talent review or succession planning is an advantage.
Solid understanding of IDPs, 70–20–10 development, and competency-based development (leadership and/or technical).
Comfortable working with learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and HR systems as an advanced user; able to interpret learning and assessment data for decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Growth mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven; strong follow-through to ensure implementation of development actions.
Willing to work on-site in BSD, South Tangerang, and travel as needed.
