What you'll do

  • Contribute to the implementation of talent management processes, including the improvement, planning, and competency analysis of the mid-year review process
  • Maintain the "SuccessFactors Talent" system, and develop as well as implement new talent management programs
  • Advise employees on planning individual development plans
  • Organize employee training and advise managers on training-related matters
  • Manage Lidl International learning concepts (e.g., academies) and integrate them into the local market
  • Coordinate talent management projects and support employee development initiatives

About you

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related area
  • At least 5 years of experience in employee development or similar roles
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
  • Experience working with employee development projects
  • Knowledge of the SuccessFactors system is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the retail sector is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
