About this Position
We’re seeking a Talent Development Project Manager to support a unified, high-impact Talent Development practice. This role will design, manage, and deliver scalable programs that fuel business performance, leadership strength, and career growth. If you’re passionate about aligning strategy, people, and outcomes—this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Stand up and manage the central TD roadmap, calendar, and program tracker.

• Create frameworks, SOPs, and templates to streamline operations.

• Support program logistics, communications, registration, and feedback loops.

• Facilitate engaging new hire orientation sessions and other learning programs.

• Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure TD programs align with enterprise goals.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 4+ years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development.

• Skilled in ADDIE, SAM, design thinking, or other instructional frameworks.

• 4+ years of program/project management with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with LMS administration; configuration/implementation preferred.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Additional Information

• Location: Remote or Hybrid.

• Possible contract to hire opportunity.

Pay Range
$40–$45/hour
