Job Profile Summary
The Talent Development Program Specialist develops, improves, and manages Talent Development programs with a focus on training, employee recognition, and engagement initiatives. This role focuses on building high-quality learning and recognition experiences, enhancing program structures, and ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and sustainably.
The Program Specialist applies strong program and project management skills, introduces improvements, collaborates with stakeholders, and oversees end-to-end program execution. The role also provides oversight for recognition event planning, ensuring events are well-designed and supported with the necessary logistical components. While this role may provide backup support for training coordination, its primary focus is to develop, manage, and continuously
improve Talent Development programs.
