We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Partner to join our passionate team.
The Talent Development Partner supports employee, manager, and team development within a business stream.
Working closely with the HRBP Lead and managers, this role helps identify development needs, design practical solutions, and build the capabilities required for business success.
In addition to stream-specific initiatives, the role contributes to the development of Mayflower's learning ecosystem and shared development practices.
Learning & Development
Identify development needs and skill gaps across the organization;
Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
Select and coordinate external learning providers; evaluate program effectiveness;
Manager & Team Development
Support manager onboarding and development; facilitate team workshops;
Help managers address team development needs during periods of growth and change.
Participate in calibration and development discussions together with HRBP Leads.
Learning Ecosystem & Insights
Contribute to the development of Mayflower Academy and shared learning practices.
Support internal experts in creating and sharing knowledge.
Provide recommendations based on insights and business needs.
3+ years in L&D, Talent Development, HR, or Organizational Development;
Experience designing and facilitating workshops and development programs;
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
Comfortable working with managers and translating business needs into learning solutions;
Strong planning and ownership mindset — from idea to delivery;
Fluent English (B2+).
