Conduct training needs analysis and competency gap assessments for current and future business requirements
Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs across functional, governance, and community areas
Prepare and consolidate the annual Training Plan in coordination with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and external providers
Facilitate training sessions and implement follow-through interventions to ensure learning application in the workplace
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and report results to key stakeholders
Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional heads to enhance curriculum relevance and impact
Support change management and talent development initiatives to drive adoption of strategic and operational changes
Partner with stakeholders to identify and certify internal trainers
Maintain and update the Talent Development Microsite with relevant content
Act as LinkedIn Learning (LIL) administrator, handling user support, reporting, and content management
Oversee the coordination and delivery of requirements across all stages of the Learning Management Platform
Lead internal communications related to Talent Development, including training calendars and program announcements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related fields
3–5 years of experience in Talent Development or related HR roles, with exposure to learning program design, evaluation, and end-to-end implementation
Proficient in digital tools and content creation platforms such as Canva, Powtoon, Synthesia; and familiar with LMS platforms like SuccessFactors or Cypher Learning
Experience using eLearning content libraries (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) and working knowledge of G Suite
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in another Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese) is a plus
