Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions to stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.

Core missions in the HRBP perimeter :

Strategic Business Partnering & Coaching

  • Acts as a daily coach and advisor to managers on all HR aspects, ensuring they effectively lead their teams.

  • Contributes to site results by aligning HR strategy with business goals and participating in production planning (PDP).

  • Leads reflections on organizational evolution, job grading, and structural changes.

Talent Management & Development

  • Manages the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including campus management, employer branding, and onboarding.

  • Identifies individual and collective training needs, manages budgets, and coordinates with internal/external learning stakeholders.

  • Coordinates talent development tools, annual appraisals, and career pathing.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintains healthy relations with unions and internal stakeholders, representing HR in site committees.

  • Drives the "5 Axes" methodology and "V5000" assessments to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Leads the site communication plan, managing newsletters, flash news, and corporate cascading.

Health, Safety & Well-being

  • Ensures strict adherence to safety rules and participates in Health/Safety/Environment actions.

  • Leads the Well-being Committee and manages "unfitness" cases through workplace adaptations.

HR Excellence & Administration

  • Oversees payroll validation, time attendance (vacations, overtime), and ensures data accuracy across HR systems.

  • Manages both permanent and temporary staffing levels to meet production demands.

Requirements for the position:

- Business & Administration Degree or Master or similar estudies

- Google Drive and programing skills.

- Passionate about HR topics.

- Be result-oriented commitment to teamwork within an international environment.

- Professionalism and transparency.

- Negotiation level of English (C1) as well as local language.

- On-site position, preferably from the area.
