Salary Range: The full pay range for this role is $84,700 - $141,100. We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.
Scope of Job: The Talent Development Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the organization's goals and objectives. They will work closely with subject matter experts, managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions. The Talent Development Lead will also be responsible for launching and running Talent Reviews and Performance Reviews. This position reports to the Director - Talent and Organizational Development.
Work Location: San Diego (Rancho Bernardo), CA
Work Mode: Hybrid, with 3 days on-site.

Supervision of Others: No direct reports.
The employee must work within the budget constraints as authorized by the Executive Team; while successfully following all policies and procedures related to employees’ fiscal responsibilities in doing the day-to-day job. Work with Director, Talent and OD to coordinate with learning vendors to keep up with contracts and negotiate rates.
Working Conditions:
In person or Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office)
90% of time is spent in an office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 10% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites, internal department offsites, in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.

Able to perform audio/visual equipment set-ups and take-downs which may require standing, stooping, etc. Lifting boxes and materials of 10-15 Lbs.
