Your Role at Delta Faucet

The Talent Development Intern will support our Talent team as we implement and launch a new Learning Management System (LMS). This role offers hands-on experience in learning operations, digital learning tools, and content development. Throughout the internship, you’ll collaborate with Talent Development, HR Business Partners, IT, and cross-functional business teams to ensure a smooth rollout and adoption of the LMS across the organization. You’ll assist with organizing, uploading, and maintaining learning content; support the creation of new training materials; and help test and validate LMS functionality. Working closely with our Talent Development Manager and LMS project team, you’ll gain exposure to learning design principles, HR technology, and enterprise-wide change initiatives. Assignments are project-based, giving you ownership of key tasks while offering broad visibility into how learning and development supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the configuration, testing, and rollout of the new Learning Management System.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain learning content, curricula, and user assignments within the LMS.
  • Support the creation and editing of learning materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and other training assets.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and clarity of learning materials.
  • Help troubleshoot LMS issues, document processes, and support end-user questions during rollout.
  • Participate in project meetings, track progress, and contribute to project documentation.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics to help measure training engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent team members to support broader learning and development initiatives.

This position will be located in our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Learning Sciences, Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will be entering their junior or senior year with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in learning technologies, digital content creation, and employee development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

This position will pay $19 - $21/hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience and education level.
