Principal Activities
- Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement & performance management
- Drive employee, manager and leadership learning and development program
- Work in collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement
- Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward looking business needs, employee development plans
- Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for CIRCOR Coimbatore business and making the talent ready to deliver our future growth plans
- Drive performance management culture and enable local employees / managers to deliver best performance through suitable career development plan
- Manage HR training consultants relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management programs
- Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with HR business partners and business / functional leaders in order to understand the short and long term needs of the business and their relative priority on matters related to talent management

- Must possess positive attitude, highly agile and have an eye on change in market / industry norms / conditions and be open for new way of working
- Shall be self-driven with high sense of urgency and ownership
- Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs and processes that enable business performance
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development
- Highly developed facilitation skills
- Proven ability to bring programs to fruition across a diverse set of businesses
- Well versed in methodologies for measuring and assessing effectiveness of programs and processes
Education & Experience
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 7+ years of experience in the area of talent management and leadership development in a complex, forward thinking with a diverse and geographically dispersed set of businesses.
