The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for the operational management of the Administrative Fellowship Program, Physician Leadership Academy, Talent Development High Potential Programs (RISE), DNP coordination, HMH Leader Speaker Series and other Talent Development programs that may be added in accordance with the strategic plan. The position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of each individual program. The Talent Development Coordinator will continually assess and coordinate a wide range of programmatic aspects including long range planning, recruiting and tracking executive preceptors, managing mentor-mentee assignments, creating and tracking program surveys and data, and tracking the project plans for the assigned projects. Responsibilities A day in the life of a Talent Development Coordinator at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: Acts as a liaison between fellows and executive preceptor, and mentors and mentees. Provides support and meets regularly with the program executive preceptors and fellows/team members concerning coordination of projects, as well as overseeing the status of their projects. Creates communications and follows up with participants of talent development programs. Creates and runs reports from the HR systems to monitor many aspects of the performance of the programs (DEI data, project completion data, program completion data, etc.). Creates executive summary decks at key points throughout the programs. Develops and distributes rotation/project schedules for fellowship programs; develops checkpoints for mentorship programs. Schedules meetings between executive preceptors and fellows/team members. Oversees all budgets and purchasing of supplies for the office/programs. Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior. Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree and/or five years' experience working in healthcare. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize information. Working knowledge of Google platforms, including Sheets and Slides. Ability to make decisions independently or to escalate issues as needed. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
