Job Description

We’re looking for a Talent Development Content Developer who thrives on transforming ideas into impactful learning solutions. In this role, you’ll design and develop interactive training programs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure our employees have the tools they need to succeed. If you love being creative, working with technology, and shaping learning experiences that make a difference, this is the role for you .

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design and develop engaging adult learning materials, including curricula, course outlines, interactive eLearning modules, training aids, and instructor-led resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that supports business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Use tools like Articulate 360 and other multimedia software to create impactful learning experiences.
  • Manage and update the training resources library, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and compliant with state regulations.
  • Support instructors by training them on content delivery, best practices, and newly developed learning materials.
  • Train and coach facilitators on delivering content effectively and provide consultation as needed.
  • Plan and implement assessment methods to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learner experience.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, from creating new training from scratch to updating existing content.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance learning strategies.

Qualifications

Must Have :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 
  • 3+ years in curriculum development/instructional design
  • Proficiency in general computer and technical skills
  • Proficient in Articulate 360 and Microsoft 360 Suite
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS)
  • Experience storyboarding for eLearning or multimedia content
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proficient in translating complex subject matter into accessible, learner-friendly instructional content; such as interactive eLearning courses, job aids, and microlearning assets
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, as well as time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously

         Nice to Have:

  • Experience with recording software such as Audacity, Techsmith Snag-It, Canva and/or other photo and sound editing software
  • Previous experience or education with individuals with disabilities; working with this population in a community and/or residential setting

Work Schedule 

  • This is a full-time role supporting employees across all four time zones. While the typical schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or support key initiatives.
