Are you passionate about helping people succeed and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a Talent Development & HR Specialist to join our team and make an impact on the heart of our operations - the production floor. You’ll lead engaging new hire orientations, create and deliver training programs that build skills and confidence, and support employees and supervisors with HR guidance.

In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to ensure compliance, drive leadership development, and foster a workplace where every employee feels supported, informed, and empowered. If you’re a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a knack for connecting with people, this is your chance to make a tangible difference every day.

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Associate’s degree in organizational leadership, Business or equivalent 

  • Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, training, or talent development—ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment. 

  • Must be a U.S. person or authorized to obtain required Authorization. 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement training and onboarding programs for both hourly and salaried roles. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach. 

  • Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging with employees at all levels. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple stakeholders and projects. 

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust as an HR representative. 

  • Motivated self-starter. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead New Hire Orientation: 

  • Facilitate engaging and informative onboarding sessions for new production floor employees. 

  • Coordinate with operations, safety teams, quality to ensure all compliance and job-specific training is completed. 

Develop and Deliver Training Programs: 

  • Create, update, and implement training materials for line leads, supervisors, and production staff. 

  • Collaborate with cross – functional teams to understand what training is needed 

  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to support leadership development and operational efficiency. 

  • Track training completion and maintain accurate documentation. 

HR Support: 

  • Assist with generalist HR functions such as basic employee relations, policy communication, and compliance. 

  • Support recruitment efforts, employee recordkeeping, and performance management processes. 

  • Act as a resource for employees and supervisors with HR-related questions, escalate as needed.
