Your mission:
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you'll contribute to two key impact areas:
- Attract & Integrate Top Talent – You’ll own the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the right people join the right roles at the right time. From employer branding to onboarding, you’ll make every touchpoint count.
- Build and Grow Future Leaders – You’ll lead learning and development efforts, drive succession planning, and help build a strong pipeline of high-potential professionals ready for the next challenge.

What you will be doing:
- Lead full-cycle hiring: role analysis, departmental and position missions, search strategy design as per role, (channels, postings, interviews) collaboration and consulting with hiring managers.
- Activate Employer Branding: acquisition strategies, including outreach campaigns and event participation.
- Organizational Continuity: Identify, track, and support top performers through talent mapping and succession planning
- Training and Development: Design and deliver learning & development Initiatives tailored to business needs.
- Performance Culture: Contribute to annual performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and assessment centers.
- HR analytics: Follow up with HR Analytics through HRIS and also propose KPIs to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Team Building Initiatives: Organize team-building, engagement, and bonding-strengthening activities.
- HRBP: Support HR-wide improvement projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
RequirementsMust Have
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or broad HR roles.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent digital skills (MS Office, ATS platforms, onboarding/learning systems).

Benefits - Competitive monthly gross salary: circa €2.500 × 14 salaries.
