Job Title: Talent Development & Acquisition Manager 

Location: ADS Headquarters (Virginia Beach, VA)

The Talent Development & Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing and managing programs that accelerate employee readiness, performance and internal mobility across the organization.  The role owns the recruiting process lifecycle while also leading structured onboarding and development programs. 

This position serves as the operational bridge between hiring, onboarding, performance acceleration and career development.  The ideal candidate brings strong process discipline, project management experience and the ability to partner effectively with company leaders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development & Strategic Readiness Programs

Oversee structure, coordination and continuous improvement of:

  • Sales Development Associate (SDA) Program
  • Strategic Sales Readiness (SSR) Program
  • Outside Sales Development Group (OSDG) Program

Responsibilities include:

  • Program structure and calendar management
  • Training coordination and logistics
  • Performance milestones and tracking
  • Stakeholder alignment with sales leadership
  • Program reporting and refinement

2. Enterprise Training Event Leadership

Lead coordination and execution logistics for major company-wide training initiatives including:

  • December Sales Training
  • Warrior Expo Training

Responsibilities include:

  • Venue and vendor coordination
  • Agenda logistics and speaker management
  • Participant communication
  • Training material preparation
  • Event follow-up and impact tracking

3. Talent Acquisition Process Ownership

While not primarily responsible for proactive sourcing, this role owns the recruiting process infrastructure and execution, including:

  • Managing job postings and coordination with hiring managers
  • Oversees applicant pipeline management from application through offer
  • Managing candidate communications and ensuring strong candidate experience
  • Tracking recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Ensuring process consistency and compliance

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, recruiting operations, project management, or related fields
  • Experience supporting sales organizations strongly preferred
  • Strong program management and process orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
