This is a full-time, temporary position covering maternity leave. This position is currently offered as a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal. What will you do?
- Function as the sole recruiter in Israel, manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and executing job offers.
- End-to-end management of hiring processes in Israel, including defining and achieving recruiting KPIs and best practices.
- Build relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner, you will work with different leads in the organization and support them on all their hiring needs. The type of roles you will be looking for can vary from Front- to Backend developers, DevOps, Data, QA, CS, Product Management, and more.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Engage talent - Identify the right people, get them engaged, and manage the full hiring process. Do active sourcing and utilize social media and other sources to keep a healthy candidate pipeline, and manage the selection process to ensure achieving KPIs
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify meaningful patterns, informing successful decision-making.
- Work with our candidate tracking system and HRIS to ensure data accuracy and use data
- Work with HR team members: HRBPs, employer branding, employee engagement manager and HR analyst.
- Manage and optimize HR systems (ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms), including implementation, configuration, maintenance, data integrity, and process improvements.
- Create and maintain new employee records across all HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance, and seamless onboarding workflows.
- Incorporate AI-based technologies and tools into the recruitment process to enhance candidate identification and engagement.
- 2+ years of experience as an end-to-end recruiter in high-tech companies
- Deep understanding of technological profiles from different areas of the high-tech/ technology industry
- High attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple areas
- Passion for recruitment and technology
- Great communication skills, cross-team collaboration, creative, independent, curious, and committed
- A data-driven approach to recruiting
- Experience working with recruiting systems (ATS), HR systems, and Office / G suite
- High level of English
